Brook Baking Company is a commercial production kitchen located in Rensselaer, Indiana. We provide fresh baked goods for delivery throughout Northwest Indiana. We specialize in breads and pastries for local cafés, coffee shops, restaurants and shops, as well as large corporate orders for meetings or events.

We have a base menu that we add to with seasonal flavors, and we are currently able to cater our menu to fit the needs of the shops we serve. Discounts may also be available for bulk orders.
